Hi, I’m Mousumi Roy.I am a Manifestation Coach, Relationship Genius, Conscious Career Shift Mentor & Energy Healer.Before entering this field full-time, I worked for more than 6 years in one of India’s leading Public Sector Banks.For over 10 years, I have studied, practiced manifestation, self-concept, relationship psychology , healing and conscious life transformation. I did it for my own Relationship Transformation and my Personal Development. No. The 5 AM Portal consists of LIVE manifestation practice sessions conducted Monday to Friday. There are no pre-recorded modules or backend courses.Q. What happens during the live sessions?
Depending on the day, sessions may include self-concept work, manifestation exercises, desired state visualisation, journaling, end state meditation, emotional regulation practices and implementation of manifestation principles.Q. Do I need prior manifestation knowledge?
No. Beginners as well as experienced manifestation practitioners are welcome.Q. What if I miss a class?
The real value of the 5 AM Portal lies in showing up consistently. However, if you miss a session, you can simply join the next day scheduled class.Q. What do I need for the sessions?
Please keep a notebook, pen, a glass of water and headphones/earphones for a better experience.Q. Is this focused only on relationships?
No. The practices can be applied to any area of life, including relationships, marriage, self-concept, career, money, health and personal growth.Q. Why are the classes conducted at 5 AM?

Yes. Sessions may be recorded for educational, training and archival purposes. By joining the live sessions, participants acknowledge and consent to the recording of the session.
